We stayed here for just one night and had a pretty comfy time. The place was kept quite clean and it's located in a really nice and safe area. The location was wonderful! 🌟

Breakfast was way overcrowded on our holiday weekend.

The rooms here are incredibly clean, spacious, and even come with a balcony.

I was afraid it is too far from any transportation and I didn't have a car. It turned out they can get you on a shuttle either to the airport (blue line, 45 mins to the Loop) or Metra (50 mins to the Loop) about once per hour from 8 am.

Apart from the transportation all was great. Again, if you do not have a car, they can take you on a shuttle but in 4 days we never managed to get that as we got from the Loop around 10pm. They stop the shuttle pickup at 10pm and anyway you have to call them in the first place (and international cell calls are really expensive).

The bed was very comfy and the morning breakfast was fantastic!

Enjoyed having rooms with a balcony – it was a nice touch! 🌅 Also, the room was equipped with satellite TV, climate control to keep things comfy, and a convenient microwave for quick meals.

It was very quiet, which made it easy to sleep.

There was a terrible odor on the first floor which smelled like mildew.

Spacious rooms with everything you need like heating, cable TV, and even a microwave for snacks – all in good working condition. The private bathroom with a bathtub was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day. 🛁

Enjoyable experience there. Nice hotel in Arlington Heights. Comfortable location close enough to the major attractions and the airport and Chicago, could not be better. Good choice of food options within a close distance from the venue. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and satellite television, climate control and a microwave in the room.

The spacious queen room here has really comfortable beds.

my recent stay at a hotel in arlington heights was incredible - but this time, comfort inn exceeded all expectations. the staff was helpful, the rooms were clean with useful amenities like a microwave and mini fridge. it was a great value and the beds were super comfortable.

Noisy knocking disturbed sleep.

The rooms are spacious and the beds offer a comfortable sleep experience. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is accommodating and the hotel provides a complimentary breakfast. Additionally, some rooms offer a nice view of the surroundings.

There have been instances where guests have experienced issues with noise disturbances in certain rooms.
